Miss Edith Northcraft Is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs.. N. G. Northcraft. Mrs. Henry Waters, of Palouse. Washington, spent several days last week with old friends and neigh bors in Ten Mile. Mm. Mr. and Mrs Charles Williams took the stage last Tuesday where they spent several days with friends and relatives. Mrs. Clarence Prock, who has been nerlnuslv ill at her home here. Is convalescing, to the great joy of aH her friends. Mr. and Mrs. Alderson are erecting a beautiful bungalow cottage on the ranch which they recently purchased from Henry Bushnell. Dr. K. V. Hoover paid a profession al visit to the home of C. A. Prock whose wife was very sick. Mrs. Harriet Eres and daughter, Mlsa Laura Collar leave here the lat ter part of the week for a vncation trln to "beautiful Bandon by the Bea." They anticipate a most enjoyable time. Mrs. Will Short, who is chairman of the reunion association states that no definite date has been set for the nnnual encampment, which is to be held this year. Watch for the date later. Mian Rita Marsh, of Roseburg, who has spent part of her vacation with Mr. and Mrs. Charles Williams leaves for her noma mis mnu Later she leaves for Medford where Bhe will visit her aunt, Mrs. Laura Ca-wlfleld. . . At the conclusion of the ceremony congratu lations and well wishes were extend ed to the happy couple after which they and only a few relatives nnd intimate friends of the bride and groom repaired to the dining room - where a most sumptous dinner, was served. Later in the evening, a charivari crowd composed of the friends of the young couple paid them a friendly visit to the tune of many cow bells, tin pans and such Intensils as produced a big noise. When Henry thought they had made all the noise they could he called them In and served some good things to all present.
