CONGRESSMEN ENDORSE FER-DON TELLS HIS OWN STORY OAKLAND MAN RELIEVED OF CANCER, THANKS TO THE GREAT FER-DON'S MEDICAL EXPERTS. Since the great Fer Don's staff of medical experts have opened offices at the McClallen Hotel, Roseburg, there has been a continual crowd call ing daily; over twenty-five people called Saturday. Among the many, Mrs. T. B. Morlngton, living at Oak Park, 3014 Madrone street, Sacra mento. She stated that she wished to thank Fer Don's experts for reliev ing her deafness. Other doctors fail ed even benefit her. But with just three treatments by Fer-Don's experts she was able to hear a common con versation for the fiiBt time In several years. Reports come from Oakland and Sacramento, where For-Don has been for over a year. They tell of wonderful cures performed there by his medical expertB. Among them 1b one from a prominent congressman, the Hon. A. A. McKeen, of 1041 Mag nolia street, Oakland, who was suf fering from a terrible cancer on his Hp that was fast eating itself over the man's face. He tells his own story: "For some time I have been Buf fering from this cancer. I have heard they could be removed without the knife by the European experts' methods. I went and saw for my self. I am always willing to yield to science, but made up my mind to have the cancer removed by the bloodless method. I had confidence In Fer Don and his experts. Well, It' took about six minutes for Fer-Don's Eu ropean doctors to remove it. No knife was used. I am perfectly sat isfied. I am a resident of Oakland and have lived there for year's." In this most successful operation no knife was used, there was no pain and no blood. Thousands have seen and talked with Mr. McKeen since his treatment and cure. Many of these wore skeptical, some scoffers; saying the operation could not be performed painlessly and bloodlessly as Fer Don said It could be done. Since conversing with this lucky man, who has been practically snatch ed from death by tire removal of this repulsive sore, people are now satis fled that the great Fer-Don had known whereof he spoke when he had said that the European exports could conquer disease and remove tumors, cancers and gallstones without opera tion. For .they had como through with flying colors in the ono caao whero others would perhaps hnve fail ed, and If they could do this there was no reason to believe they could not successfully perform other cures they claim. Fer-Don's experts are in the office at the McClnlleu Hotel, Roseburg, dally, 10 to 12 mornings, 2 to 4 af ternoons, 7 to 8 evening. Open Sun day mornings from 10 to 12. They charge $1 for examination. 1000 MAKE APPLICATION. Rut Government Has Only 173 Farms to (Jive Awny. . LOS ANGELES, March 21. When the local land office ceased receiving applications for farms In the Yuma reclamation district Saturday after noon, a line of applicants stretched tho entire length of the Chamber of. Commerce hall. The crowd was a thermometer that showed most conclusively the desire of hundreds of homescekers to take up land and it likewise gave a sug gestion of tho amount of disappoint ment that will follow the drawing to be held soon. Sixteen hundred und ninety appli cations have been made for 17.1 farms, some of tho plots being filed upon as many as BO times each. There are a few of the farms that have not more than one applicant, and only those whose luck is good will be en abled to take possession of the cov eted tracts. - While there will be private disputes as the result of the drawing, yet Un cle Sani's officers declare that they will not be Interested further than to see that the drawing is conducted im partially.
