T he C hemawa A merican
M achine S hop —The boys at the machine shop
are all very busy doing odd jobs on the campus.
Bud Archambeau has made repairs in the laua-
dry and elsewhere.
Ralph Minnick, the cave man from Pendleton,
is a new comer here.
Tony Shoulderdlade has also made repairs on
certain articles on the campus.
Joe Reddoor and ‘ ‘Chuck’ ’ Farron are working
on suits.
Kendal Van Pelt and Clifford Day are working
on the baseball suits.
Jay Hedderick is almost finished with a suit
coat.
Joe Shippentower is a new addition to our tribe.
Charley Sams and Clarence LaRoque are kept
very busy pressing and altering suits, and other
wearing apparell.
B akery S hop —Due to the fact that we had to
work every day during the Christmas vacation,
making pies, cookies, hot rolls, and cakes for the
student body and parties, the bakery boys say they
will take their vacation next summer.
For the New Year’s party we had to make 900
cookies. For meals of the student body, we made
62 pies, 6 large pans of cake and about 400 hot
rolls.
Our large bread mixer was broken down and
could not be used for about five days until it was
fixed. Now we put out about 132 loafs of bread
a day
C arpenter S hop —The two crows, Frankie
Backbone and Wesley Fallsdown are working on
the new building.
John Slickpoo, the kid from Pendleton, is a wel­
come addition to our force since Christmas.
At Christmas time, word came from the follow­
ing ex-carpenters. Louis Snoopo” LeVay is
working at his home near Culbertson, Montana.
