Before leaving the tables the toastmaster, in a neat complimentary talk, presented Superintendent Hall, on behalf of the team, with a large photograph of the varsity team, framed in black walnut, showing their appreciation for his interest and support through out the season. Mr. Hall responded in a very feeling way.. THANKS To the Indians who contributed to the Interior De partment war work: As Chairman of the Interior Department War Work Bureau, I want to express our thanks and apprecia tion to those of you who responded so generously to our appeal by contributing so many beautiful pieces of your handiwork. You no doubt will be interested in knowing that more than eleven hundred dollars were realized from the sale, which will be used for bandages and surgical dressings for wounded men. M r s .
