Sunday Fairs / Festivals Association for Retarded Citizens of Lane County sponsors a flea market every Sunday at 77 W 11th, downtown Eugene. New and used merchandise is availble; this is a non-profit fundraiser for the organi zation. Vendor tables $6.50, $5.50 in advance (5 pm Fri.). Admission is Piccadilly Flea Market at the Fair grounds continues; see Saturday's listing. 12th Annual Old Oregon Christmas Fair continues today at the Lane County Fairgrounds; entertainment today features storyteller Godfrey Warner from 12-12:30, Whiskey Creek Band at 2:30, and Apples in Winter playing Irish pub music at 4:30. Radio Big Band Bash on KLCC at noon fea tures the piano and the Big Bands; 89.7 FM. Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra plays Richard Strauss' Ein Helden leben at 8 pm on KWAX 91.1 FM.
