The food bank is located at Main Avenue and Oak Street and is open once a week, every Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. You may also get cat and dog food during those hours at no charge, provided by Furry Friends Foundation of Sisters. DLT Walk + Hike series Now through November, Deschutes Land Trust volunteer naturalists lead more than 120 free walks, hikes, and bike rides. Explore birds, wildfl owers, and geology at various protected lands in small groups. Registration online is required, and each outing opens one month prior to its date.
