The committee advises the City on matters pertaining to the budget and meets two to fi ve times in May. Applications are online at c.sisters.or.us or at Sisters City Hall, 520 E. Appropriation vs. Appreciation Fundraising Car Wash The Mr. SHS contestants and their escorts will hold a car wash on Saturday, April 8 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Melvin’s Fir Street Market parking lot. Sisters Kindergarten Roundup pre-registration will take place Friday, April 28, with two sessions: 8:30 a.m. & 1:30 p.m. Children who will be age 5 on or before 9/1/17 are eligible for the 2017-18 school year. The City of Sisters is seeking volunteers for the Urban Forestry Board, to provide guidance for urban forest management, including all trees located within public places owned or controlled by the City.
