Thechildrenofthesmall CampShermanschoolshow- cased their talents in the Camp Sherman Community Hallonthesnowyeveningof Thursday,December17.The 16-student school offered upmusicalacts,skits,anda playtoastanding-room-only audienceofteachers,parents, family,communitymembers andalumni.Thestudentssent out hand-written invitations to members of the Camp Sherman community, and theireffortspaidoff—itwas the largest crowd in recent memory. This annual event has been a school tradition for many years and epitomizes the giving spirit and com- munity connectedness of Camp Sherman. Music and drama teacher Jennie Sharp spent months planning and rehearsingwiththechildren and tapped into their indi- vidualstrengths,talents,and personalities. All of the children present were sur- prisedwithagiftfromSanta that was presented by the Camp Sherman Community HallAssociation.
