Mr. Weller eaya: "Kelly appears to be In better health than at any time (luring the pant year or two. His com plexion la ruddy, he eats heartily and seema to be growing fleshy. His meals are carried To him and, owing to the Illness of which he complained, he has not been re quired to perform any work.
