Tho jus tice said ho would fix the ball at 1 o'clock. Thoro Is considerable feeling among the family, as one of the girls told Justice Johnson that If tho father was released on ball ho would contlnuo his violence on members of the family. After due consideration, Justice Johnson nlaced Lon Bwartz under $1000 bonds to appear beforotho next grand jury, which meets in Juno.
