JIEDFORD MAIL TRIBUNE, MEDFORD, OBKOON. FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17. 1fl.ll. PAdR SEVEN i y y v i REALTY MEN TO GURBMB'MEN Newly Formed Association Goes . After Free Lance Broker Must Belong to Get a "Cut" Death Knell of "Middleman" is Sounded. After n lengthy diM'usion held in the rooms "if the Commercial elnb Thursday niftlit the members of the newly formed real estate exchange voted to adopt a uniform percentage of 0 pur cent. Some speaker men tioned extenuating circumstnnceh when more should he charged, hut it was finally put to a vote and the 5 per cent cominisMon stood. Another feature which provoked much dijcussion was the fixing of the initiation fees of regular and as sociate members. It w.ib finally de cided to charge one member of each firm an iunitintiun fee of $25 to ap ply upon u regular membership car rying with it one vote. Only one member of each firm may be a regu lar member, but nil others to whom a commission is paid on a real estate deal must hold an associate member ship in the exchange. The fee for this kind of membership was placed (it $10. Dues in both cases were set nt $2 per month, payable quarterly. ' 1 he charging of associate mem bers $10 and requiring firms employ ing curbstone men and paying com missions to nny person bunging them a customer, eliminates the free lances. The provision is a strict one nnd, acording to the attitude of the members nresent last night, is to be pressed to the fullest extent. Med ford, Or., Fob. C, 1911. This Is to certify that about November 1st my daughter was taken with a se vere attack of rhoumatism which ren dered her left arm useless, in fact it was so near paralyzed that she was not able to movo her fingers, but knowing of some of Dr. Chow Young's marvelous cures of long standing cases of rheumatism, wo de elded to consult him, in which I nm pleased to say made no mistake, as his remedies acted as ho claimed they would, and after the third treatment the rheumatic pain entirely left her nnd she has not had any symptoms of rheumatism since: besides her general hoalth is much improved and I do not hesitate in saying I believe thoso nffllcted with rheumatism or paralysis will do well to consult Dr. Chow Young, whoso house is corner Tenth and Front street, Medford, Oregon. 284 A.
