Among the deals reported for Mon day by the Cornetlus Gamey com pany are: Mr. and Mrs. Sullivan, newcomers to this city from Uoise, Ida., have pur chased a home on West Second street. Mr. and Mrs. Whlteman have pur sclniKcr a house and lot an West Sec ond street. Tho Qulley home, on West Main street, was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Hqney, of Jacksonville. Loltoy Ling has purchased the sito for a homo on West Second street, upon which ho will begin construc tion soon. Mr. and Mrs. Caugliey, formerly of Omaha, Neb., who recently arrived in this city to take up their resi dence have purchased a number of properties in different portions of town niton which they will commence building by March 1st. VICTORIA, B. C, Feb. 11. Over 200 yards of sea wall which protect ed the cemeteries at Ross Bay ha"e been washed away, a number of graves have been torn open leaving the caskets exposed ntul several cof fins are lost at .sea us a result of the gale which swept the coast until ear ly today. With the wind blowing at -10 and 50 miles an hour huge waves battered their way through the sea wall yes terday and then at awny the bunks. In the old Chinese portion of the cemetery 17 graves were exposed and 15 coffins from which the bodies had been removed were swept to sea.
