Miss Ethel Heid went to Salem, Tuesday, as a delegate from the Christian Sunday school to attend the state association. Mrs. W. P. Scrivener left the same morning to represent the M. E. church, South, school. John Adams, of Hardman, came up from Corvallis, Tuesday even iug, at which place his family is living for jchjol advantages. Mr Adams says that Beutou county is having considerable Eastern Ore con weather and that rain was badly needed there wheu he left. Jury List.
