JUBILEE SINGERS TO APPEAR TONIGHT To appear before a Pendleton audi ence at the Christian church tonight, the members of the famous Williams Jubilee Singers troupe arrived this morning on the local from Walla Wal la. They come with a splendid repu tation and a long experience as en tertainers and the church under whose auspices the colored singers ap pear here, assures the public of Wholesome and most enjoyable eve ning. Here is the way the manager of the troupe speaks of his company: To years of constant devotion to our life's work in the United States arid Canada, we have added a year of travel and study in England, Scotland Wales, Holland, Belgium, Germany and France. We were eighteen weeks In London where we gave 130 per formances, singing In many of its best known theaters, among which was the world famous Coliseum.
