Court Is Looking Over Route of Mell-man-Remo Road Today Long List of Bills Viewed and Allowed. Little business of importance has been transacted by tho county court since convening last Wednesday. Tho bonds of all tho new county officers were approved and filed and several minor road matters settled, but most of the time has been taken up In viewing and allowing bills. The court, consisting of Judge Hnrtman and Commissioners Walker and Gllllland, left this morning for Milton whore they were to join H. Mellman, the promoter of tho pro posed electric railroad from hero to Dayton. There they will bo furnish ed with a team and rig and will drive down to the county lino, and drive back to, Pendleton this afternoon, viewing the line where tho proposed road is to build. This is being done in order that the county officials may get an idea of where tho road is to run, this will help them in making their contract with tho promoters.
