Word has been received here that Edgar Campbell Is seriously ill of typhoid' fever at Riverside, Cal. Mr. Camp bell was located In Marshfleld for a number of years, being connected with the Mngnes & Matson store. Recently ho has been managing a large grocery at Riverside where he was married a few months ago. His many friends here hope to hear soon of his recovery. I Brother 111. Wado have gone to Portland to buy a large auto which they expect to put in service between Marshfleld and Rosoburg via tho Coos Bay wagon road. They will run tho machine from Portland here and expeot to reach Marshfleld Sunday night.
