Plant next week for 'Frisco where they will make their home. Many friends unite In wishing them a long and happy future. Court Opens Friday. There will probably be an exodus of attorneys from the Bay to Coqullle tomorrow to attend the ppenins session of the April term of court at which Jiidgo Coke will preside. Friday and Sat urday will be devoted to motions, etc., the jurors not being assembled until Monday. It is likely that the cases started by R. A. Graham against the local railway will not be heard until June when Judgo Coke will exchange places with Judge Harris or Judge Hamilton, Mr. Coke being unable to preside at the trial owing to the -'act that he is named as one of the defendants. Resi dents of South Broadway near Cali fornia have complained to Marshal Carter of a midnight prowler who has been molesting them for tho past week. Several persons who have gone homo late bellovo that an unknown party was trying to get tho drop on them to hold them up and other say that someone has at tempted to get Into tholr house at night.
