It was a beautiful play and without a doubt the best that has ever been produced in Coos county by any company. It was so well handled by this capable company and so funny that the people in the au dience were sorry when the curtain dropped on the last act. A special feature of the evening was the representation of the "Elks," by Mr. Thompson and the "Eagles," by Mr. Meade announcing the ball game to be played by theoe two well-known lodges next Sunday after noon. Mr. Thompson and Mr. Meade kept the house laughing from the time they made their appearance to the finish. The people of Marshfield should be Impressed with the Idea that the lies Company gives just what they say they will. When they say that "The Girl and The Gambler" is the best yet, it is no idle talk and when they say that it is a laugh from start to finish there Is no disputing the fact for the audience is In an uproar all the time. Don't fall to see this play or you will miss something real ly good.
