Fine Association Scotts Mills has one o'f the best Pa ri tit-Teachers' associations in Mm ion county, according to Superintendent of Public Instruction J. A. Churchill. At the Inst meeting of the BfltoeiCl ion. which was held at Scotts Mills on the evening of February '22, six school dis diets were represented with teachers, pupils and patrons. Mr. E. S. St.iltz, principal of the Scotta Mills schools, reports that there was a ciowdcl house and a most enjoyable meeting. After a short school program, Mr. L. P. Har riiigton, industrial field worker for the j state department of ed-tication, held the 'closest attention of the audience for an i hour with his illustrated lecture on in dnstrlal club work. As a result of Mr. Harrington 's visit the local children's I club of 40 memliers will be consideinbly I increased.
