The Bchool board after RATHER THAN PAY FINE FOR laiaing visitors from our rural dis tricts and neighboring towns, they chmge such unreasonable sums that it makes it. impossible to secure their with enough boosting spirit and inter est in the welfare of Salem to par ticipute in such celebration.
