Lnngford, own er of Majestic Park, nnd the directors of the Suit I.nke Pacific Const baseball club, was settled today when Langford was told that if ho didn't behave the Bees would not lease his bull lot any longer. President Frank Murphy of the club informed Lnngford that ho would start building a park of his own to morrow unless Lnngford yielded. l.angford declared the club tin (1 not pnid its rent and then objected to the language used by tho groundkecpor and asked for his urrest. 1 tic police refused unless l.angford swore out a warrant, l.angford then served notice on the club to vacate. Murphy is a millionaire lumberman, nnd when he said he would build a park of his own, l.angord wus convinced he meant it. Consequently Lnngford ngrecd today to let well enough alone. THE MORAL.
