Lewiston, Idaho, June 21. That a
strong web of evidence is being woven
about .Tamos Dearing, held in jail here
on a charge of the murder of his uncle,
George Dearing, became known today
when Sheriff Elmers questioned mem

the estrangement known to have ex

monflis. ''
Dearing was found dead on a remote
part of his ranch near Grangcville,
late Thursday night, indications 'show

rifle. The suicide theory was short
lived, as the bullet was clean cut and
apparently made by a missile fired
from ambush.
