G-13-2t The School Buildings Welch & Wright, the contractors on the Highland and Richmond school buildings, are experiencing a good deal of delay on account of the failure to obtain the pressed brick necesBnry for the outside finish of the building. The entire force Is laid off today on ac count of the rain, but, with the arrival of brick, which are expected In a day or two, work will be resumed. Two or threo days more work will complete the brick work, and within two weeka the buildings will be under cover. There Is one child, eight months old, whom the plaintiff aaks to have awarded to her. She alleges cruel and Inhuman treat ment as the grounds for divorce. Among other things the plaintiff al leges that the defendant kicked her out of bed, and required her to build the fires. She further aleges that the defendant left her a few daya before the child was born, and did not return until after Its birth, and then stayed with her only a few days, he at pres ent being In Wallvllle, Wash.
