She was the constant companion of her aged mother, and the counselor and the constant co-laborer of her brothers In the management of the large es tate left by the late Ben Hayden. Since the death of hfr sister, wife of Judge Maxwell, she gave herself to the1 charge of their little son, to whom she has been a second mother in tenderness and devotion. She was a consistant communicant of the Episcopal church, and the service will be conducted by Rev. Barr G. Lw, of this city.
