The basketboll game tonight be tween the Multnomah Athletic Club t-arn and Willamette should be hard and closely contented. The clubmen always put out a 'fast team and they generally rar.k with the best teams in tho country. The Willamette tloor is small and that places the Portland men at a disadvantage since they are ;it home on a large floor. The local team Is In good condition and there Is large expectations of sending the clubmen home feeling badly. McRae will play center and he Is sure to get a large number of bas kets against any man. Meintyre will play one forward and Human will play the other. Homan la not exper ienced but is a fast man and Mcln tyre Is always a star. Schramm and Minion will hold down the guard po sitions and the Multnomah forwards will surely have to work for their few baskets. There will lie a preliminary game between the second team and the deaf mutes. o WILL CUT PULLMAN'S PROFITS TETTRAZIfilll WILL REACH HIGH NOTES There will lo a good deal of rail road building around Kugene this year, predicts tho Guard.
