This case Is from Umatilla county,' and involves the rtght to certain mining claima. - The third and lost case decided was that of Richard Shields against the Southern Pacific Railway Company, appellant. This waa ft case brought in the circuit court of Multnomah county for personal injuries and a Judgment of $4850 was recovered against the company by Shields. The cass is reversed on the ground that the presiding Judge failed to give the Jury certain Information requested, on what constituted negligence oif the part of the company.
