The natural advantages of this place as a Summer Resort are well known to the people gen erally in and around Salem, and it is to them that we are giving THE FIRST OPPOR TUNITY TO PURCHASE LOTS at this beaoh. The natural beauty of the place, the fairly good roads, which will be further im proved in the near future, will make "NESKOWIN" theclosqst arid most accessible re sort on the Coast of Oregon for the people of the Valley from Eugene to Portland. At the present time Tillamook County is the only place on the Pacific Coast of the State of Oregon that is easy of access by team or automobile, and "NESKOWIN" is the only beach resort that you can get to with ease and comfort. Conditions for the convenience of summer visitors have improved greatly and the owners are offering a sale contract which assures purchasers many additional improvements. The present hotel will be greatly enlarged at once, means taken to assure visitors with complete provisions and supplies of all kinds at Willamette Valley prices. Natures Own Work Evident "NESKOWIN PARK" is truly the handiwork of the Creator, and well has this work been done to make of it the most attractive spot upon the whole Oregon Coast. The beautiful trees ,the many cool, shady nooks and quiet retreats, sparkling mountain water, the foam-tossed spray and roar of "Old Ocean," fishing, hunting, bathing, etc., combine to make this an ideal resort. And its accessibility why, bless you, it is the nearest resort to the people of the Willamette Valley, by far, than any other beach. The fact that "SLAB CREEK" is not an experiment, but an established resort, and the comparatively low prioe at which lots are offered give purchasers a reasonable certainty of enhancements in value, combine to assure you that this resort will greatly in crease in popularity and that its present summer population of from 200 to 500 persons will multiply in numbers, and this as soon as its accessibility and natuarl beauties be come better known. PRICES ON LOTS NOW RANGE FROM $150 TO $300, according to location. THE REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS OF THE COMPANY ARE IN SALEM DUR- ING FAIR WEEK. WATCH THIS PAPER FOR FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENTS. W.
