In an attempt to rocovor salvage from tho wreck of the sunken liner Dakota, off Shlahama, at tho entrance of Toklo harbor, eight live havo been lost, according to advices brought by the Joanese Bteamer Kagu Maru The wreck of the lost steamer was sold to a salvage company of Toklo and a party of wreckers wore et to work breaking up the hull with dynamite.
