It is the first thing done in this legislature to put any money in the educational funds, He has introduced only one bill to put ALL THE STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER ONE BOARD. That is what ,the State Grange demanded, more indirect rovonuos for education, and less boards and commissions, Mr, Libby is ncrt taking up any timo fanning the air with speeches and bills and resolutions for clerkships, Ho Is not working through any jobs to increase salaries and create NEW OFFICES AND BOARDS AND COMMIS SIONS. Ho will probably be called down hard by the Machine poli ticians who see nothing in politics but a chance to graft, In that respect Libby is green and inefficient, but the farm ers and the taxpayers and his little Morning Star Grange will welcome him IF. HE KEEPS UP THIS KIND OF RECORD.
