Judgo Burnett convened department No. 1 of tho circuit court for a short session this morning, and rendered do fault nnd judgment with an order to sell tha attached property, in tho caso of John Munch vs. Fred P. Hurst. He then adjourned until 0 a. m. Wednes day, March Sth.
