The men who will fill positions for a time, at least, are: Catchers, Wllklns and Suess; pitchers, Callff, Lucas, Winer, Mclnnls and Taylor; first base, Neli ring; second, Downle; third, Davis; shortstop, Fay; outfield, Bayn, Rapp and Lee. Bert Lougheed will arrive tonight, and has been signed for a permanent place. He is said to be one of the best all around men on the coast, and has a splendid record. He was capt tain of the Stanford college nine, coached Pullman college for two years and played with the Spokane league team. Tho team will play match gnmcs Saturday and Sunday with Mt. Angel and, as the colelglans are said to have a fast aggregation this year, the Raglans will have to work to keep the score down. Tho new suits have arrived and are on exhibition in the show windows of Meyers & Sons. They are nobby and serviceable, and will show up much better than the uniforms of last year. Tho fraud consists in tho disregard ing by tho defondnnt of a compro, jniso agreement entered Into with the representatives of plaintiffs, in which Jt was agreed that he should mako no charge for administrator's fees in ex cess of $300, In his final nccount charging $1425 attorney's fees and other administrative fees exceeding his commission allowed by law by over $225. Plaintiffs also rolled upon tho concealment of tho publication of final notice, and upon certain rep resentations niado by them which they rolled upon and woro Induced to remain away from the settlement, having no notlco thereof.
