The acgu mente are unanswerable. If fiat salaries are right four year hence, they are much more so right now. Mr. Kay would not, as a busi ness man, take such a position protect Ing his own Interests, as he has tattm In the people's Interests. If the Referendum is in full force and effect now, that amendment 1m piles legislation In Its final clauses now, and not at some future time. If we have a World's Fair at all It should be set upon Its feet now, and not wait until It will become difficult and doubtful whether anything can be done.
