Minor Mention Local Import Mr. Frank Ingram returned this noon from Salem, whero ho has been resid ing for ten years and four or flvo months, and will remain In Albany for awhllo, just how long ho doesn't know yet. Two months ngo last Saturday It will bo remembered ho was shot by a bullet whllo Tracy and Merrill wore .escaping, and his log was amputated two months ago today, so that ho Is now short ono leg. Ho has with him a pad of hearth tools, which ho will radio off.
