This much Is certatn: the on. campment will bo held at somo point between Albany and Portland, tho pur pose of selecting a central location for the assembling of the guard being to keep the cost of transportation re duced as much as possible. Some con certed action should be made to hare Salem selected as the site for the en rumpment.
