Tho road from Kugeno to the Springe is very good, considering the fact that tho Springs aro so far up tho mountains and only 20 miles west of tho summit of Iho Cascade range of mountains. I consider It n delightful placo to. ep-nd n few weeks in tho mountains. There aro nhout 20 tentB on tho camp grounds and sotno havo small comfortablo houses in which o reside. The ntnjorlty of tho people hero come fo- the purpose and expectation of receiving great benefit by tho uso of the water, it is almost if not qulto, a spectQo for rhoumntism, stomach trouble, and many other dis oises wttw hhich tho human family nro allllcted.
