M. O. A. Charles M. Jordan of Minneapolis, pre sident of the council, presided. The fea ture of the session was an address by William T. This afternoon the council listened to a review of tho ed ucational progress of the past year by Professor Elmer E. Brown of the Uni versity ot California. The Central M. K. Church was well filled this morning when tho Depart ment of the Indian Education was called to order by President II. B.
