However, the facts therein stated, the conclusion is sure to be drawn from them by forsign governments and the commerrial wrrld are wholly unfounded as the govern ment, finances of this country are really in the soundest possible condition. For somo time the Clevland Horte Show Co. has been planning to follow the example of the east in this respect, and it was at last decided to try the ex periment this year. Ulevland's first open ait show la held nt the famous Glenvllle track. The Clovland Horse Fhow association was organized and held its first annual exhibition in 1890 at the Central armory.
