dociaion in Ncely extradition caso. llio
Court (held that Ncely was subject to
extradition, nnd must be surrendered

investigating the chargo that the plot to

anarchists. They admitted that they
preached tho doctrine of anarchy, hut
denied that thoy wore connected with
