Hall, County Clerk of Marion County, wns argued nnd submitted. This la n cafe where tho plaintiff aceks to unjoin W. W. Hall from paying to George G. IHngbnin 1180.00, allowed by tho County Court under tho term of Judge Terrell, for collecting delinquent laxoj for Marlon County. Tho plaintiff waB represented by R. J. Flommliig, M. E. Poguo, and Dlatriet Attorney J. N.
