a caso o( causeless prosecution; tthllo
many bicyclists look iion It as a teat
cam to allow whether tho paths can bo
protected or not, and eay K not thoy'll

Tho facta ecem to be that Mr. Hamp
had no intention ol injuring tho path;
that ho drove upon the path but a short
distance, and that to get by two wagons
which practically blocked the roan,
which was27(eit wide; that ho had a
hnrso and light buggy.
Thero waa no evidence that the homo
was shod and none whnteer was Intro'
dueed to show that ho Injured the path
or left a mark upon It.
According to tho wording of tho law,
it would reem that Injury to tho path
would bo n very necessary thing to prove,

driving loose stock upon the path Is (or

is done with a horto nnd buggy, a wheel
barrow or a pick and shoel.
