THE SALEM BOND ELECTION, The Proposition for a Home Loan Carries by I55 to 35. Only a light vote was cast In the election held Thursday, and prac tically no opposition was shown to the bonding proposition. The voting placos were open from 10 n. m. until 3 p. m. The total vote polled yester day was 180 against 1005 at the muni cipal election last December. The rigid voting quulltlcatloos were, to i large degree, responsible for the re duced vote.
