some routine business, the association

Another Veto Message.
Washington, Juno C President
Cleveland today sent a message to the
house, vetoing tho general deficiency
bill. The messago includes a defense
of tho veto power and a long criticism
or French spoliation claims, aggregat
ing over n million dollars, and also ob
jection to payment or Clioteau claim
for 8174,1 15.
