OtLers are taking just as keen an interest, and it is now evident that the election of a Rose Queen Is not going by default. In fact it la going to be a real test of beauty. Salem has scores of handsome young ladles, and all those so far voted for are among the most eligible for this high honor. The Bicyclists have a strong committee on decorations and it Is understood that Dr. Glllls will pre pare a good program for some fancy riding. The parade will be something unequalled in the history of Pacific coast wheeling.
