are doing no damage.

Tbe yards that adopted the wire
trellis are looking better than where
poles are used and a better yield Is ex
pected from therm Barlow paper.
Reports from Douglas county Indicate
that bops are looking well.

lice have not appeared in his yard to
any extent and that the vines are look
lug better this year than he has ever
seen them before, He has had uo oc
casion to do any spraying as yet, but is
