The letter was written by Charles Stein, form erly n peddler living at 184 Division street. Ho left for Brazil on April 22d. A gentle- mad who was at tbo beach states that there was un -rror made lu the account of the! finding of the body of Miss Boise, which does an iujus Uco to ouo of Portland's citizens. It was stated that tho body was found by a fisherman named Brady. The person who found the body, was Matthew Brady, one of Port land's solid citizens who declined to receive any reward.
