purposes nor was that our intention
when wc selected the herd. They
are a haidy cattle anil fine beef
stock. We found ftoni opt herd

and keep it up for three or four

orable for producing fine cheese aud

that can rarely bo surpassed; yet
this Is done with half the labor re
quired to produce the amount in the
