Ho got the first intima tion of tiny tiling being wrong at Salem, and then went to woik like a beaver to get parties interested, and had all in shape to have the mill running when thii arrest took place, wiilch has upset everything again. Tho iillair at Jeilerson should not be used as a club to punish any wrong Mr. Grant may have done the farmers hero at S:'Iem.
