The districts are to be divided as follows : There are to be five districts. All that part of the city of Salem north of State street is to be District No. 1. j All that part of the city of Salem south of State street is to be District No. 2. ' All that part of Marion county outside of the city of Salem lying north of the extension of State street is to be District No. 3. All that part of Marion county lying south of the extension of State street is to be District No. 4. All that territory within Polk county is to be District No. 5. . Each district is entitled to two prizes, one first and one second prize, in addition to the general prize offered the house and lot. The house and lot will be given tQ the married ouple or lady securing the. greatest number of votes: in the whole territory re gardless of district limitations.
