The assessment of $.60 per acre is levied for operation and maintenance of the Big Bend Unit of the District. $.30 per acre is levied for operation and maintenance of the Park Unit of the District. $3.80 per acre is levied to meet the construction and rehab char ges (as determined by the Secretary of Interior) of the Park Unit of the District for the 1975-1976 fiscal year. The annual operation and maintenance charge of $9.50 per acre for the season of 1976 for the Park Unit is the rate set by the Boise Project Board of Control All water used in excess of 3*4 «ere feet is $2.70 per acre foot.
