Mac Hi never really ma naged a threat for the Bulldogs, although they tried to run a half-court trap zone against the Bulldogs, but it didn't bother Nyssa. The Bulldogs led at all times and were ahead by 4 at the end of the first quarter 12 to 8. Then the Bulldogs really exploded for 19 points to the Pioneers 12 to lead at halftime 31 to 20. The Pioneers outscored Nyssa in the 3rd quarter 10 to 13, but the deficit was too much to over come and the third quarter ended 41 to 33. Again Nyssa out scored Mac Hi in the fourth 12 to 8 to win S3 to 41 and their first Greater Oregon League win.
